Refund policy
We do not accept returns. However, in the following unfortunate cases, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery:
- Wrong products delivered
- Missing products in the order
- Damaged products delivered
- Expired products delivered
To raise a replacement request, please email us at care@natxtra.com. Our customer happiness executives may ask for additional information before processing your request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (in eligible cases), we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take 5–7 working days for the refund to be processed and for the amount to be credited to your bank account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
