Shipping & Delivery Policies

Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd. ships its products to almost all serviceable locations in India and to selected international destinations

Orders are usually processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Domestic shipping (within India)

We ship on all days except Sundays and national holidays.

For most locations covered by our courier partners, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of shipping (excludes Sundays and public holidays).

In remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery timelines may be slightly longer (1-2 weeks) and are subject to the serviceability of our logistics partners.

International shipping

For international destinations, orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of shipping.

Customs clearance procedures, local regulations, and regional logistics constraints in the destination country may affect delivery times and could cause delays beyond the indicated timelines.

Delays and order cancellations

Occasionally, there may be unexpected delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, adverse weather, strikes, or other operational challenges.

In such cases, Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd. will coordinate with its logistics partners to minimize delays, but is not liable for such extended timelines, and customers are requested to cooperate in these rare situations

Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order, at its sole discretion, in cases where:

Delivery is likely to take significantly longer than the usual timelines, or 

The shipment becomes physically untraceable in transit.
In such events, the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to the original payment source, subject to standard banking timelines.
